The location could not be better. Right in the middle of the old town and yet on a quiet street. The place is comfy and has everything you need. You right away feel welcome.

The beds were 3 out of 5 .the place is a little simple. Otherwise perfect

Location 15 minute walk to the station and located in the centre. One and half minutes walk to a great bakery for brioches and directly across from the bakery a cafe for a great cocktail Accommodation spacious, all facilities for a long stay. The apartment we booked was exactly as shown in the photos on the web site. Very clean and appears to cater for colder as well as warmer weather. We were told that a law applies here where the airco’s cannot be set lower than 25 degrees C and central heating no higher than 19. Worth bearing in mind. Although the temperature reached 27 during our visit, the airco was not needed. The property has excellent insulation. Owner - Claudio very nice and gave us lots of useful information. We supplemented our breakfast (from the bakery) because we prefer fresh food instead prepackaged cake, croissants and toast. Jam, biscuits, orange juice, milk and cereals were also available. The accommodation is excellent value for money

Nothing negative to add. Breakfast is personal taste and might suit some guests

The location is on a very quiet street with easy access to the ducal palace and the Duomo.

The location was great, Claudio was friendly and helpful. He apartment was spacious and easy to access.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The apartment felt dirty and it had a strange smell. The towels smelt like it had been sitting in the cupboard for ages without ventilation. The included continental breakfast would have been better if it wasn't on offer, it left a lot to be desired.
