Loved the location on the river, the availability and friendly nature of all the staff. The ‘boutique’ style of the hotel was lovely, with comfortable amenities and balcony overlooking the river.
It was a little hard to access initially and the rooms needed a little refresh - just small, aesthetic things that needed attention.
