Excelente la atención del personal, muy cerca de todo playa, restaurantes, tiendas, muy limpio, es para ir en grupo de familia o amigos, preparaban desayuno para llevar cuando teníamos excursiones temprano...

Location is perfect if you want the hustle and bustle of Porto de Galinhas.

I rarely write negative reviews about hotels or restaurants, but unfortunately, our experience at Braia Branca Porto de Galinhas was extremely disappointing. The only real positive was the location. The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Porto de Galinhas, within easy walking distance of the town center, beach, and natural pools. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of expectations. The photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The hotel appeared poorly maintained, with dirt, stains, and smudges throughout (see pictures). Cleanliness was a major issue, and the overall condition of the property was simply unacceptable, especially considering the price. There was also no safe in the room and anyone can walk into the hotel and access the floors with the rooms. To be fair, the staff were friendly and welcoming, although they did not speak English. This was not an issue for us, as we understand that we are traveling in Brazil. However, the overall experience was so disappointing that we decided to check out early and move to another hotel further up Muro Alto Beach. That turned out to be a much better experience, with significantly nicer accommodations at a lower price. This property is seriously overpriced for what it offers and is clearly in need of significant management attention, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards. I would strongly recommend that prospective guests look beyond the promotional photos and carefully consider recent reviews before booking. A real disappointment, especially given the hotel's excellent location and potential.
