Perfection - location, how clean and well furnished it was, the communication
The cleaner was very rude on the day of arrival, not letting us in and being rude in spite of it being past 3pm

The location is quite good, within walking distance of the city center, and there are many restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and clean.
Unfortunately, the windows offer almost no sound insulation, so all outside noise can be heard inside the apartment. There is a bar on the ground floor that closes at 12:30 AM, and the staff continue cleaning until around 1:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep before that time. On top of that, the only heating available was an air conditioning unit, which was not sufficient, and the apartment was quite cold during our stay.
