Avis et évaluations

Absolutely exceptional location in the heart of the city, close to the armenian church. During your intensive walks you can always go back to the site for a short rest. Maxim the host is a really nice guy, helped with everything, made me orientated in town upon arrival, what to see, where to shop your daily needs. He allowed check-in much before normal time. I was alone, but it is a good place even for 3-4 people. Highly recommended.
The staircase and the floors are used down, you have the feeling no single renovation has ever been done there, but then you enter the apartment and everything will be fine.

The location was perfect, also the balcony is big, and has a view on the city hall tower.
