Reviewer Comments:
The location of this property was excellent and it was awesome to have tubes as part of the rental. We were able to put in right at our back door and had a great time enjoying the river. Highly recommend this property!

Guest accommodations and location were great! Schlitterbahn and river access was easy and super close. We had the best time and will happily revisit.

The location is 10/10 - directly on the Comal with amazing river access. The condo area was quiet with plenty of parking. If you’re going to float and go to Schlitterbahn, you can’t beat it. The condo itself is very dated. It was clean and functional, but compared to condos we’ve stayed at all over the country - it was in need of upgrades. It was affordable, so that’s a plus. Overall, enjoyable vacation because the river was right there.
