Joliment décoré, cet appartement spacieux de trois chambres et trois salles de bains au deuxième étage offre plus de 1 750 pieds carrés d'espace et offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique et le refuge faunique national Bon Secour depuis la chambre principale, le salon et un grand balcon.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des plans de travail en granit, une salle à manger, un four micro-ondes, une machine à glaçons pour lave-vaisselle et un espace buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 pieds partout, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, ainsi qu'une grande salle de bains principale avec bain à remous, douche séparée vitrée, double vasque et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

I thought I was getting two condos next to each other; however, they were separated. The condos themselves were nice, clean, and more than sufficient. The view of the beach and sky was somewhat limited due to the way the condo #302 was recessed. The forward view was good, but the patio was small and the furniture was uncomfortable. A problem we had with #302 was check-out time was the most inconsiderate of any facility/hotel/condo I've ever rented. I do love Martinique, but the check-out time was a terrible. Additionally, when driving at night, the facility is unrecognizable until one is actually at the turn. Some roadside signable needs to accommodate guests.

We rented the 303 West. Great water views. The layout of the condo was great for our group. It was very quiet. There isn't really a check in other than email. We never seen any staff other than security. The kitchen does have an in cabinet ice machine which made it nice for daily beach trips. The only negatives that i personally had was that there wasn't any garbage bags in the trash cans so we had to go to store and get those. So just know that dish soap, trash bags and other items like that will need to be brought. But overall, we would stay here again.

The condo was perfect.. very spacious and clean (despite some of the previous comments). The management of the property did a great job of having everything setup and communicated pretty well prior to our arrival. They were available during business hours whenever we needed them. It is a long walk to the beach on the boardwalk, but there is a walkway with no stairs which made it very easy for my elderly guests to manage getting to the beach. The only negative was the security.. The guy checking tags has a serious power trip complex. He approached me BeFORE I even got parked in the parking lot looking for my car tag, was seen hiding on side streets like he was looking for people to make mistakes, and wrote our guest (who purchased a day pass) a ticket which resulted in us being late for a meal to get cleared up in the office. Although the office was very helpful and apologetic, it was a frustration and with prior issues made it more of an annoyance.

Love staying at Martinique - a beautiful community. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly, However, this particular unit had some issues.PRO: Nice view of the beach, comfortable seating on patio, easy access (first unit from elevator), cleanCON: Everything is massive and heavy making the unit seem crowded and smaller. The couch is far too large for an average size person to sit comfortably. The third bedroom is very small with only 2 sets of bunk beds, side table and lamp - very crowded. There is no chair and no lighting other than the single table lamp. It is unacceptable for an adult. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but adequate if you do not plan to cook. The TV had limited viewing options. In summary, this unit just didn't work well for me personally.
