Forest on the doorstep.

This is for sure a hidden gem in the centre of the Lombok jungle. We loved our stay here! Accomodation: This family bussines currently has two bungalows, we choose the family room - a brand new spacious comfortable room at the back-end of the family's garden with view on the jungle. The stay offers the unique combination between privacy, if you want it, and being close to a local host. Hosts: Our hosts were accomodating, flexible and friendly, honestly really lovely souls. It really feels like your are being hosted by the whole family, from the kids playing in the garden to an aunt or grandmother making dinner to being on the back of a siblings bike. Food: They offer a clear printed menu of deliscious drinks and meals made by the family. We never considered eating elsewhere but the Inn... The food was just too good! Now, for things to do while you are there: Herman and his family offer a range of tours., well-organised and honestly-priced. We did a tour organised by them every day of our stay and it was extraordinary! (1) a jungle trek, including water falls, rice fields and monkey watching (2) hands-on coconut oil and coffee workshop and (3) a visit to several handicraft villages. Highly recommended! This stay is ideal for couples or families looking for a comfortable stay while also getting a taste of local culture and life. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and situated in a very quiet area. However, what made the accommodation and the stay truly exceptional and memorable was the family atmosphere. Herman with his family showed me many beautiful places in the surrounding area. He also told me a lot of interesting things. It was a really enjoyable time.

Die Familie von Hermann und Ilmi ist unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend. Sie sind jederzeit bei Fragen und für eine Tour durch den Dschungel verfügbar, trotzdem hat man im Häuschen auch seine Privatsphäre.

Das Einzige, was es noch verbessern würde wäre ein Scooter Rental.
