location was excellent
informed us that we would have to vacate the unit for 2 hours during the day while they applied pest spray. It was pouring with rain. The pest guys see a bit put out and made that if they had to come back another day it would be at our expense we should have read the notice in the office when i checked in the car However after a flight from Fiji at midnight and arriving at 5pm pouring with rain I wasn’t standing in an unattended office looking for additional warnings
Very poor communication and given the extreme weather event should have been cancelled

The view from the condo was stunning and hearing the ocean waves every night from the bedroom was deeply relaxing.
The kitchen was sparsely equipped.

location
condo is stripped down bare bones with very few creature comforts. We had to purchase a number of items like beach towels and chairs, seasonings, cooking oil, etc even salt and pepper

View, beach close by. Sleeping on the couch bed was comfortable, you can hear the waves. Kitchen everything worked, washer and dryer a plus. Would stay in upper 3rd floor again. Despite the age of the building. Well worth the price. View, surfing, closeness to the water was worth any downside.
Condo was noisy from above, ground floor people walking by eye lev with Lani,felt unsafe at night, adapted a stick for the sliding door. The homeless sleeping on beach next store were cool. Noise from bedroom windows excessive until after about 10. Out dated and worn bathroom.
