The stay offered an ideal location with a professional team and exceptional cleanliness, while the room’s decoration was impressive.

Great location and the check in staff was superb. Moved here from another hotel when we extended our stay.

The courtyard, especially traveling with friends, made it so desirable. Each room was different and had it's own character.
The property was clean, the washer was great, the location was perfect walking distance to everything you would want to see. Also being close to a good breakfast coffee shop was amazing. The staff was so helpful answering any questions we had as well as giving suggestions. We would definitely stay again when returning to Florence. Even all the guest were nice.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is super convenient for all of the main sight seeing points. We also liked having a washing machine in one of the rooms we booked.
The apartment was pretty dusty and there was some mysterious water puddle on the night table in one of the rooms. The ACs were automatically turned off and not cooling down the space enough. The worst part was the mattress in one of the rooms had a literal sunken part and it made sleep extremely uncomfortable.

"Confortable, très calme et pourtant si bien situé en centre-ville tout près de la cathédrale !"
