Design, position, comfort, amenities, staff!

Coffee machine was a great bonus, beds were very comfortable and window box seat was an unexpected surprise, no sound disturbance from street at night and staff very friendly
Shower took a while to heat up and not the best pressure, would be nice to have larger mugs for the coffee station as it limited our use of the machine to just the small drinks.

Everything
The airco was not easy to control. Rooms were on the warmer side and we couldnt cool it down to what we liked. This may be a user error but we tried for two days and asked for help.

The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located
We had several issues during our stay: 1) the ceiling had a leak and water damage, 2) the top drawer of the bathroom sink was broken, 3) the bedroom floor in front of the bathroom door was sinking, 4) one of the USB-C charging sockets at the bed did not work. We were glad to be staying only one night.
