Close to amenities that I needed to access for this stay
Awful and unhelpful customer service. Grasp any opportunity to take money so lack a lot of understanding and human empathy.
Also when you stay here they provide emergency contact details bur it appears that if you require this for is if there is any problems with your key, they'll fine you £100 so you must hope for no problems during your stay which isn't reassuring to know that noone will happily help in moments of need and are quick to take yet more money from you!
Will not be booking here again!
