8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026

Sligo Railway Station hotel, that has retained its grandeur. The decor and furnishings were of a high standard and my accessible room was perfect. The buffet breakfasts are very good quality and help was available for the less mobile.

The only area of complaint was the exterior elevator to get the ‘hard of walking’ from the car park to the first floor hotel reception, it was temperamental in operation.

10 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026

Nice big room. We had a rental car so the off street parking was very handy. The gym and swimming pool at the leisure centre was an added bonus.

9 / 10Remarquable·sept. 2026

Location - very convenient - short walk to town but away from noise and chaos - had in location car parking, very helpful. Rooms had character and were comfortable.

Room was overly warm and there was no way to control the temperature inside the room - made the night sleep rather uncomfortable.

6 / 10Moyenne·juill. 2026

The breakfast fare was reasonable, but not excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cereal selection and coffee should be better. The breakfast room decor and furniture is tired looking.
