The wonderful room was large, comfortable and very luxurious. Overlooking the Rhine it had a great view.
The cathedral and other sites were only a few minutes walk away across the river and the tram to the SBB station/airport bus stops at the end of the road.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They looked after our luggage all afternoon before our evening flight which was very helpful.
The breakfast was good but I've had better selection of meats in cheaper hotels.

Will be nice for the hotel once the construction in front is concluded. But, that is not the fault of the hotel obviously.

The building and decor was beautiful, staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient
They didn’t tell me about the construction noise until a day before I arrived, which was too late to cancel. Also the restaurant activity across the street was noisy until late and people smoking cigarettes all the time meant I couldn’t leave the windows opened.

le bruit, impossible de dormir, on avait une chambre coté rue alors que nous avions reservé une chambre coté ville et rivière.
