Excellent location and very clean and tidy.
Very welcoming and friendly staff.
Good drinking and eating locations less than 1 minutes walk away.
Very good value for money and will stay again when next in Berlin.

Really nice spacious room. Great location just a couple mins from u Bahn reception. There is a lounge downstairs where you can access free espresso coffee from 6am-8pm. Lots of cafes and bakeries nearby. Supermarkets very close by also. Really liked this accomodation.
Luggage storage cost 2 euros for a locker (which is on site in the hotel reception). Unusual to pay for luggage storage at a hotel, however we were able to fit 2 medium sized bags and 2 backpacks in the one locker, which made it feel like an okay value.

Location. The staff member that worked on the evening of the 5th sept was exceptional and fulfilled a request for pillows and a glass.
One of the reception staff were very rude and dismissive in fact she barely looked up from her phone when we were speaking to her (unlike the lovely member of staff on the 5th sept ). She would not allow us a glass or a pillow . No air con is also an issue
