Location is superb. Great suburb, feels safe and not crowded and yet, it is only about 10 min walk from the Spanish Stairs.
Breakfast deck and drink bar are lovely with amazing views of Rome.
Interiors are nicely decorated.
Staff is very kind and helpful.
We got a welcome drink at a rooftop bar.
Bathrooms, room walls, the tiny elevators etc. need refurbishment.
Air con is old and noisy, so you choose between a hot room, noise from the aircon or noise from outside when you open the window.
There is no drinking water for the guests in the rooms, in the foyer or anywhere else than breakfast room.
Comfort is not as it used to be years ago.
Breakfast is repetitive and the choices quite limited for a 4 star hotel. Coffee is a black one from a big thermos not a machine.
Spa is adults only and comes with an extra fee.

Lovely place - felt Italian, rooftop breakfast and view outstanding, staff was courteous and very helpful, location in a quieter neighborhood but near transportation & shops, restaurants.

Staff was always courteous. Room was not what was pictured , a lot older and fair. Rooftop was beautiful.
Room not exactly what expected. Hair dryer never worked..window looked out into air condition and center pipes of hotel.
