Cozy FQ 3b home, late 1700's Creole Cottage in the heart of the French Quarter.
Ceci est une propriété historique .. L'unité dispose de trois chambres à coucher. Deux lits chambres et une demi-bain à l'étage et la chambre principale et salle de bain en bas. Tout est à distance de marche, même les jeux Saints au Superdome. Boutiques sur Royal St à proximité, est Decatur St. Courte distance Français St où l'authentique Jazz est ces jours-ci. Juste en face de Canal St se trouvent la CDB et St Charles Ave and Uptown. Si vous venez pour la saison ou pour un séjour plus long, contactez-moi. Les prix seront basés sur les loyers des propriétés similaires dans la région sur la base des taux mensuels.

This is a beautiful home. The location was even better than we thought and had an amazing time. Edward was very communicative when we came across an issue and he tried his best to resolve it, which was appreciative.
The house is gorgeous, but I do recommend staying here with people you are very comfortable with. Going upstairs brings you immediately into one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is separated with a little gate, so you won't have total privacy. The half bath is in the second bedroom and has a shutter door. Didn't bother us, but I could see a few people not liking that. Overall a fun stay

Our group had a great time staying at Edward’s home. It was just off Bourbon but far enough away from the busiest parts that we could actually fall asleep. Nice courtyard in back for morning coffee and grocery store just down the street for cooking at home. Edward was very accommodating with both our arrival and departure, and we loved the home itself. Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks Edward!
