The hotel was in a great location, however the beach directly in front of the hotel had large square stones and dangerous for the elderly. I understand it’s a protected area , but that should have been disclosed . We walked further to the left for sandy beach .
I asked for a late check out and felt the cost for an extra 4 hours was a bit expensive.

The location, the high floor, and the view, the staff is kind
The breakfast buffet was too basic for the price. It was in line with an average 4-star hotel, but considering what we paid, we expected much more.
The hotel is mainly frequented by an older clientele.
Housekeeping could be improved, especially as the sand on the floor was not properly cleaned up.
The hotel feels dated, especially the décor, the bathroom finishes, and the reception area.
The swimming pool is very small.
