Hotel Helios Costa Tropical

Très bel hôtel, avec beaucoupde plantes en pot naturelles Terrasse avec jacuzzi et vue sur mer Amabilité, du personnel très souriant et prévenant. Repas convenables fruits frais au petit petit déjeuner...

Salle de bain un peu vétuste!

Lovely stay at this hotel. Bright clean room with lovely balcony looking at the sea. Fresh towels every day. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Loved the outdoor terrace too. Pool area is great and location was perfect.

Young man serving in the bar was quite rude but the rest of the staff were lovely.

Location perfect, hotel was spotless everywhere, at all times, staff polite & courteous, food excellent with many choices & alway fresh. We had a supreme room with jacuzzi. Water left each day in our room. Coffee machine, robes & slippers. We were bed & breakfast but ate one evening meal in the restaurant, the standards were excellent & as good as any other meal we’d eaten in a restaurant along the promenade. We used the underground public parking through the hotel which was perfect. As I’d mentioned it was my husband’s birthday when booking the hotel recognised this with bubbly & macaroons on arrival & again on the actual day of his birthday.

Hotel was very clean, staff were great. We had a beautiful room, big bed, nice towels, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, small fridge, lots of storage for longer stays. And lovely welcome bottle of cava and macaroons. Short walk to town.

Breakfast was OK, no fresh juices they come out of a machine and very very sweet. Other than that it had all that you could need unless your a brit looking for sausages and bacon 😊. The entertainment seemed to be only fri,sat,sun. Then nothing. Which was disappointing.
