Für mich die Lage
Die Hausverwaltung zu kontaktieren und Höflichkeit hat mir bißchen gestört.
8 / 10Excellent·août 2026
Security. Quite quiet. Full size fridge. Easy to get into Valencia. Two adjacent apartments. Water pressure good. Air con!
Stairs - easy to hit your head.
No washing up utensils
Provision of salt and pepper.
Couch bed hard to open and sleep on. Cushions were too thin.

Clean, modern, safe and secure.
Right next to the Metro to Valencia. Simple auto check in done through WhatsApp/emails
No sound proofing at all. People coming and going slamming doors till 2-3am, last night someone was up at 4am dragging furniture about and taking a shower.
Whole building stank of cigarettes. Had to put a towel across bottom of the door to stop the smell getting in my appt.
It's a shame about the noise, it's a nice place but too noisy for me especially on the main road.
