Recent hotel, although the rooms already show some signs of wear. The location is convenient: outside the city centre but right next to the metro, which takes you to downtown Copenhagen in about ten minutes. Prices are steep — though that is true for almost everything in Copenhagen. Breakfast is solid, but it can become unpleasantly crowded. A word of caution for travellers arriving by car: the parking spaces in front of the hotel (intended for loading and unloading) are managed by the municipality, which has outsourced enforcement to Europark.dk. Do not forget to place your parking disc while checking in, or you risk a hefty fine of 750 DKK. This requirement is mentioned only in small print on a sign written exclusively in Danish, without the universal parking‑disc symbol. It is hard to avoid the impression that unsuspecting foreign visitors are being deliberately trapped. It does not reflect well on the Danish authorities that they rely on a company like Europark.dk, known for such practices (a quick look at online user experiences is telling), nor on the hotel, which does strictly nothing to protect its guests from this — not even a simple warning at the entrance or reception. If I didn’t know better, I would think the hotel receives a commission for every fine issued.

Bed are very comfortable, spacious space. They have activities for kids and set up a cinema. Tailored for autumn vacation for families with kids

The carpeted floor needs deep cleaning. Me and my son begun sneezing, since we have both allergies.

Convenient both for the city and airport- quick and easy connection. Well equipped comfortable rooms with good storage space. Good breakfast.

It was great. There was a problem with hot water one morning but it got fixed soon enough.

Nice staff in reception

Twice they did not clean the room. The hairdryer was old and the carpet in the corredor old and used. Not good for business
