Location superb for visiting my sons at uni. Very clean and pleasing decor. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely be back! And cheaper than the premier inn!!
Slight wait for poached eggs at breakfast but that's all

In the grounds of Loughborough University so absolutely perfect for meeting our granddaughter for her birthday. The breakfast was superb, buffet but looked and tasted fresh.
Our first room 28 was noisy (sounded like a fan or machine) just outside the room. They did move us when I complained. I couldn’t have slept there.
Room 39 was lovely.
Cold plates for hot food (just a bugbear of mine)

Convenient location for Loughborough university, free parking
Room had no air conditioning and windows could not be open making the room very hot. The light in the entrance was flickering and the bathroom door lock did not work. Breakfast available at the property was very expensive making the stay not really value for money.
