Location ,cleanness and staff communications.
Nothing to report.

Good location. Ten or fifteen minutes walk from Atocha station.
Could be a bit difficult to find, just a small sign in a doorway. Maybe I missed it. But Google maps tells you that you are there. Ring the bell and you will be attended to.
Nice old fashioned lift to 4th floor.
Compact but functional room. Spotlessly clean. Supermarket across the road. Restaurants on the street.
Room was hot but aircon cooled it efficiently.
Nothing.

The location was perfect for our short stay in Madrid. Close to a metro and train station. Walkable to restaurants and many sights. Clean and the staff was friendly. There is an elevator.
