Property was beautiful and had everything ! Breakfast was amazing !

Breakfast was very good and varied, but extremely crowded because of the conference and the service was not always pleasant.

The photos are misleading and the hotel is not worth the price. It is presented as very family-oriented, but in reality felt much more like a conference hotel. During our stay there was a large medical conference and the hotel was extremely crowded. Most of the children’s attractions shown in the photos were closed in September, some have very limited opening hours and some of the better activities cost extra. The pool is small and the water slide is tiny – much less impressive than in the photos. Food options during the rest of the day were very limited – during our stay there was one restaurant with a small menu and a bar. The most disappointing experience was being woken up twice with our children during their afternoon nap and told we had to check out. Eventually I had to go to reception, where it turned out to be the hotel’s mistake. Important tip: the hotel is huge and our room was around 500 metres from reception. Don’t unload your luggage until you know where your room is – you may be able to drive much closer.
