The three bedroom department we slept in was amazing it had everything we needed. We booked four nights but only stayed two. Who was nice to have an ensuite in every room. If this building was closer to town and in a safe area I would have loved it.
I didn't like the fact that we had to walk up the stairs when it had a lift that was broken. There was no shops or facilities or anything to do in the local area. There was a migrant building right next to us with lots of them hanging around outside, I felt very unsafe leaving the building to walk past them especially at night time. So I drove into town and drove back which wasn't ideal. One mattress had springs coming out of it but luckily they changed that for us.

Great friendly staff, both were very helpful to assist with tv issues
Location was great, lots of parking in front of entrance.
Wasn’t too busy, so was quiet

Very clean. Very quiet. Plenty of parking. Good location. Staff at reception were friendly. Appreciated having a kitchen area to prepare food. Plenty of dishes and silverware available.
It’s definitely student housing - fairly stark accommodations. Hot water situation wasn’t ideal for four people needing to shower. Laundry facilities could use an upgrade. TV/remotes weren’t working. And a doorstop for the living area would have been very helpful.
