Mein Zimmer war alt, aber sauber, das Badezimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich mag keinen Teppichboden, aber ich habe mir Flip Flops an der Rezeption geholt. Mein Kollege hat ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, das war schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Frühstück gut, da ich sehr viel verreise, auch beruflich, habe ich sehr viel Exquisites gesehen, aber es war wirklich gut und ausreichend. Wellnessbereich ist sauber und schön.

Der Haarfön im Zimmer ist eine Zumutung,, schaltet sich minütlich wegen Überhitzung aus.

Skvělá lokalita, v centru, přitom pěšky dojdete na bus, do termálů, obchod za rohem a bar v přízemí. Na checkin/out si lze přijet autem k hotelu. Sauna a zahrada v nejvyšším patre také potěšily. Nadchla mě i knihovna a místnost na psaní, hezky se mi tam pracovalo. Polopenze parádní tříchodová a snídaně neskutečné. Každý si vybere. Gastein Card usnadní cestování po údolí, zajistí slevu na lanovky. Hotel je centrem i večer, chodí tam i lidé z venku kvůli večeři či do baru. Dog friendly, každý pokoj má balkon.
Do sauny jsem byla ráda za svůj župan a obuv.

Good location and restaurant and bar.
Food was good and Georgie excellent bar service.
Limited guest toiletries which is a problem if you are flying hand luggage only. No bottled water or tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
Bathroom lighting poor and no magnifying mirror for make up.
No staff around for breakfast service as I wanted decaf coffee. I did find someone on day 2 and 3.
my room in the front older part of the hotel looked dated and having stayed in a pension nearby for half the price previously I didn’t feel the stay was value for money.
