Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa

Great older-style resort located with a beautiful beachfront. Staff are amazing as is the food in the restaurant

We absolutely loved our stay at Baan Chaweng! The beach is definitely one of the highlights — beautiful powdery white sand, crystal-clear water and such an easy, calm beach for swimming. Exactly what you want from a tropical island holiday! The location is also fantastic. Everything you need is close by, with shops, restaurants and amenities all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed some really good lunches and dinners at the hotel restaurant, and the beds were super comfortable — always a big plus! Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. Beautiful beach, gorgeous water, comfortable rooms and an incredibly convenient location. We would definitely stay at Baan Chaweng again! 🌴☀️

Our only small criticism was the coffee situation in the morning. We’re early risers and asked if we could buy a coffee at around 6am, but unfortunately were told they only open at 7am. It would be great if the hotel could offer some kind of early-morning coffee option for guests.

The staff was able to satisfy our requests. The location was stunning with direct access to the sea. The food was delicious and everthing was organizzed meticulously. I would suggest to pick up this location for your stay in the island of Koh Samui

Great Location. Great awesome friendly staff. Nice pool and beach

Room not clean. Needs deep cleaning. So much dust and dirt and some mold. Price not meeting room expectations if not renovated
