Close proximity to everything. Staff availability
Room appeared to differ from booking photo. Shower will floor bathroom if direction not sorted. Not enough hot water. Will be good when they finish doing it up

Loved the heated pool in the rain and the spa tub was nice. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Location is very convenient as it is close to all the shops and landmarks around Paihia. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Reasonably comfortable room and amenities, and had what we needed.
During the first night of our stay, there was a strong smell of marijuana outside of our motel room so we had to shut off all the doors and windows to make sure it didn’t seep into our room. Also, there was quite a loud couple at the room above us during the middle of the night while we were sleeping which I found inappropriate and disturbing, especially for us who were trying to sleep peacefully and also for my younger sister whom I was with.
