The room was clean. I could open the window. I could check in after 23:00.
I wrote to the hotel in advance to ask if it would be possible to offer vegan options for breakfast. No one responded; I got a generic answer in poor English that didn't mention my request. I think they didn't understand my email and didn't care to translate it.
At breakfast, they couldn't even give margarine to spread on bread. The staff didn't care. When I kindly reached out to them to ask if they might have something plant-based, the answer was NO. Not even giving it any thought. I had a feeling that they just don't care.

Overall the property was good
First of all the A/C was not available even though I have paid for it and the second thing that the shower head that attaches to the bracket did not work either which made it difficult to shower.
