The bed comfy, good location, clean, value price
Poorly maintained, old bed scarf frayed and does not add to the look, tv remote did not work (room 30). broken off toilet roll holder, shower head detached from wall and leak stopped by tied plastic bag, no bed table between two doubles so had to use carpet for tea cup, phone etc

Room was a good size with a large fan provided which was great with the heat wave. We were able to leave our luggage early and any queries were sorted. Fridge in room was also a bonus. Thank you
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner

A long time to answer the phone, but when I eventually spoke to them, they were great changing the date when I got the wrong date - Location was great, room was perfect for single guest
The shower was cool/cold, and the fan didn’t provide much help on hot night, as it was also a heat blower, but I would absolutely stay again - minor things.

Very central to where I was visiting
Had to call a mobile for someone to come and give us our door key. The room was clean but there was holes in the walls where items must have been. Toilet roll holder missing, shower head taped up to hold onto rail. Paint pealing in the shower.

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche du métro et des différentes lignes. La chambre était confortable. Très bien pour un week end."
