Bit pricey but offers a very good service for the price. How it is advertised online is how the hotel is. Lived up to the expectations.

Beautiful, spotless and so peaceful. It truly feels like escaping from the outside world. I honestly have nothing negative to say.

Gorgeous room with a sea view. The staff were fantastic throughout, super friendly and helpful without fail. Great breakfast!

The Universal Hotel Aquamarin stands out above all for its exceptional location right on the beautiful bay of Sant Elm. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated and provides a pleasant setting for breakfast, which is also worth highlighting.

Apart from these advantages, however, the hotel falls short of the expectations one might have for a property in this category. Parking in Sant Elm is extremely difficult, and we would have appreciated a warmer welcome and more helpful service right from check-in. The pricing also seems somewhat guest-unfriendly in some respects: the ocean view costs an additional 150 euros per night; two of the hotel’s own lounge chairs with a umbrella cost a hefty 120 euros per day; even the coffee capsules must be purchased separately at the front desk and are not provided in the room. This doesn’t quite align with the expectations of a comfortable hotel stay. The rooms are rather simply furnished, and the housekeeping could use a bit more attention to detail. Overall, the Universal Hotel Aquamarin’s main draws are its prime location and the magnificent view of the bay. Anyone visiting Sant Elm for its unique coastal landscape will certainly appreciate these advantages. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of service, attention to detail, and value for money.
