Lotus Blanc Resort

The whole experience at Locus Blanc Resort was amazing. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always had a smile and very professional.

Amazing room, so spacious and so clean. Perfect cleaning every day. The pool is fantastic and so is the breakfast. Close enough to the city. 10 minutes by tuktuk. We come back with pleasure! The staff go above and beyond for meeting all your needs.

We are not used to luxury stays like this so sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming all the attention from the staff, but all in all they took amazing care of us.

I had a large comfortable room with nice view to the swimming pool. Has a nice resort feel to it, beautiful swimming pool surrounded with palm trees and greenery. Nice pool-side bar, unfortunately everyone around were smoking.

Rated as a 5-star hotel, but really doesn’t feel like one, more like a typical 4-star hotel in Asia. The hotel is showing signs of aging and is not properly up kept. The gym is a joke, every single machine is broken and needs maintenance. Location is too far to walk to town center and there’s really little around within walking distance. The breakfast buffet certainly doesn’t feel like that of a 5-star hotel, lacks variety and poorly labeled. If you have any dietary restrictions- forget it!

THE STAFF : Mr Adam, Mr Bond and all the front office team, plus the food and beverage team particularly Mr Ra, were certainly the most professional, friendly and helpful teams I have ever encountered in my 50 plus years of travelling the world for business & pleasure – well done and they certainly deserve recognition. The hotel rooms and facilities were in keeping with the whole Angkor Heritage experience, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was well prepared and a good choice of local and western cuisine. The supply of bottled filtered water to the rooms daily kept pace with our needs and the breakfast boxes supplied for the sunrise were perfect. All in all the hotel far exceeded expectations the location and the great consistently friendly, professional staff made this 7 day stay in so many ways just perfect - my family and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a home in Siem Reap while visiting the many amazing heritage sites.
