The property was clean, spacious and in a prime beachfront location. Although the balcony was quite small we did have access to the rooftop terrace which was fantastic.
There is air conditioning in the living area but it would have been nice to have it in the bedrooms too. That said the fans provided were quite effective.

The apartment (A on Level 1) was modern, spacious and clean. The location is fantastic for Mogan beach, right in the heart of the shopping and dining quarter, 2 mins from the sand of the beach. Air conditioning, the nice balcony with a view, laundry room availability, and a well maintained kitchen all added to the experience.
Before arriving we were expecting a larger balcony, so that was somewhat disappointing. The larger balconies are only available in some of the apartments. However our balcony was still nice.
