Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel, especially the executive lounge.
The only disappointing part was the communication from reception/customer service. After my stay, I contacted the hotel with a simple request and completely understood that they might not be able to help. However, I did expect at least an acknowledgement or a short reply.
Unfortunately, I received no response at all, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
A lovely hotel overall, but communication with guests could definitely be improved.
