Straightforward to find just about a 10 minute walk from the centre to the edge of town and with a fantastic lakeside location. Lovely big room and the shared bathroom worked fine when I was there. Good kitchen available to guests. The host is lovely and so welcoming. I paid for the breakfast the next day which was well worth it to sit in the lovely garden and wash it down with home made apple cake and coffee. The whole experience was so peaceful.
I would make you aware that the stair to upstairs rooms is quite steep. Fine for me but I would try and get downstairs room if you have mobility issues.

Great location with free parking.
There is a lot to like about this property however it is let down by lack of attention to basic hygiene.
The sheet is to small for the bed, requires a bigger sheet preferably fitted! The pillows & comforters have an unpleasant smell suggesting lack of cleaning/airing. No plug or tea towel provided in shared kitchen, vital to ensure guest are able to properly wash utensils and crockery.
