The room was ok, but it really needs some freshing up. Everything is old and it has that specific smell. For a budget trip…acceptable, but for sure not it doesn’t look like in the pictures.

Friendly and helpful staff, Simple and basic room, but clean and with a boiler to make coffee. Rather quiet street. Nice garden.

Always love to come back to Garden House.
Excellent location, free parking, polite and helpful staff, clean room, great value for money.
Since it was crazy hot this June, air-condition in the room would be great solution

The location was good, it was cheap and it had AC and parking lot.
The bed sheets looked really old and with holes, it doesn’t look like in the pictures, and the curtain of the bathroom was not useful and smelled weird.
