Location is exceptional. Massimo was the best host we’ve had in a long time. Very helpful and responsive! Nice welcome gifts including wine, coffee, tea and slippers. EXCELLENT American breakfast.

Room was a little small. Stairway to room was not too easy but Massimo was always there and insisted on carrying our luggage.

We are an elderly couple in our eighties visiting our favourite city for a week, maybe the last time. but now we hope not. We have been going to Hotels/B&B's for over 50 years and both agreed that the friendliness, responsiveness and support was the best we had ever received. Thank Massimo, it made our lovely trip even more special., you were always there and delivered when we needed something but never "in our face". Location was in a quiet street close to the Duomo and Statue of David, and easy walk to all the City major attractions. Breakfast was at a restaurant a short walk away on quiet streets, this was a concern in some reviews we read before we booked but we enjoyed it. Considered it more a feast than a breakfast and Massimo paid the bill. Two very friendly young waiters greeted us with great smiles every morning. One had been to UK on a number of occasions and called my wife "darling" because he had been served by that rare breed of older British waitress in UK who called everyone "darling" and thought it was the norm. He did it so nicely and sincerely we didn't have the heart to tell him it rarely happens any more. We highly recommend this B&B to everyone, it is a gem, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in Florence.

No dislikes at all, trying hard we couldn't even think of one to put in the square. We are slack photographers so no photos, but the photo above exactly as we saw it, local and lots of character

The place a bit dated, not particularly clean, big confusion with getting the car back from the parking - thank god we speak italian.
