The building is impressive. You are staying in a piece of history. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent staff and service. The concierge team in particular looked after our needs exceptionally well.

The hotel and staff are brilliant. Attentive but not pushy.
Brilliant location
The hotel was over run by influencers who made sitting in the communal areas uncomfortable. There was more idiots taking photos of themselves than guests.

A brilliant hotel. One of the beat hotels i have ever stayed in.
A true heritage hotel, with a great historic DNA to.it.
Facilities were great amd extensive.
Room was spacious, clean and huge bathroom.
Free mini barr and access to a club room for free in 1893 bar...canapés and drinks.
Highly recommended.
All was great apart from my wife and I being awoken at 12.30am, one of the nights by a lady to talk about 'Spa services'.
Aside from that it was perfect overall.

The facade.
All staff was you g and u experienced. No English. Moreover, they made us feel very unwelcome. Each time we were coming back to hotel, they would ask us the room number. As if they did not know who we were. A 5 start hotel staff must recognize their guests and say”welcome back”, not ask each time room number! Rooms were expensive and quite uneasy to walk around. Carpets were stained everywhere.
