Spar is nearby, quiet street, you can even see a little bit of Balaton from the window. I am trail runner and having trail and hills within hundred meters from the door is a bug plus for me
Having washing machine would add more value but we went to laundry and got clothes perfectly washed in half an hour so not a big deal. Probably make sense to mention laundry location in the description.

Our hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor space, great for a family with children. There apartment was clean and cosy 🙂
