The location is just great! It's in centre of Rome, easily accessible by public transport, close to Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori, and lots of other attractions. The apartment is quite spacious.

To get into the apartment, we received the instructions. But when we arrived and had to ring a certain bell at the door, there was no answer, although the host knew how late we were arriving. Contacting them in whatsapp was unsuccessful. Finally, after about 15 minutes standing there, people who live in the same building let us in (although they were not happy to do it), we went to the apartment and took the keys from the lock box. The "second bedroom" is under the ceiling/above the kitchen and the airco doesn't reach this area, so it was very hot there. The furniture is very old. And the apartment is not very clean (kitchen cabinets, front door, etc). The half of the lights was broken. I contacted the host, and almost all lights were fixed, but this was done in 2 days/times so someone got in the apartment when we were absent + the last day again someone came in when we were out. As the location is just in the centre, it's very noisy there day and night (so impossible to open windows).

I loved everything overall: the accommodation, the location, and the attention I received from the hosts.

I have no negative observations.

the location was perfect, we walked to all of the main attractions in Rome, there were beautiful Piazza's to expolre all within walking distance and Piazza Navarone had the best food and shops. The apartment was clean and bright and well appointed, the hosts provide a fabulous information book that includes information about, shopping, buses, attractions restaurants - very well thought out.

I highly recommend this accomodation, they have everything you need, the only thing I wish is that I could have stayed longer - it was perfect to spend all day exploring and come home to your own apartment to rest and relax before going back out for dinner.

Style, furnishing, location, very kind caretaker - it was all very nice.

The main problem was connected with electricity. In a nutshell, in this flat only one device can work in one time: either dishwasher or air conditioning. When we wanted to light the lamps having these devices turned on, the whole electricity was almost immediately going off. It was extremely inconvenient, because we had to sit just in the light of candles! We were assured that a repairman would fix it, but eventually nobody turned up.
