Perfect location and exceptional service. I especially appreciated that the spa is open 24/7, which is incredibly convenient when you’re winding down after a long day.

The lobby could benefit from some rearrangement to make the space feel more organized and welcoming, but this is only a suggestion rather than a critisizm.

The location is truly excellent! From the hotel you can easily go anywhere in the area whether towards Burgos Circle or High Street. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. I also like the breakfast, it is not so big spread, but there are variety of options to choose from. I especially like the egg station and the menu option. It's also great that they have a big water dispenser available inside the room.

I didn't like the room 2404, because of the poor layout. It's like a narrow strip that starts from the kitchen and ends at the bed. The dining table is aimlessly tucked on the side near the TV. I'll be honest you dont get to appreciate that its an apartment style like because when you arrived in your room all you see is the bed. And you cannot even open the curtains because you see right the living rooms of the people from the next building. I don't know if this is because I booked through Booking.com platform because last time, the room that was assigned to us again was the worst room of the entire building. And when I complained for a change I was told that's what's assigned to me. So didn't bother to request for a room change.
