We had a lovely warm welcome from Nick when we arrived, he’s a fantastic host. The lounge, breakfast room and bar/work area are comfortable and stylishly decorated. The bedroom and en-suite was clean and comfortable and the breakfast superb. We can’t wait to come back to the area and to stay again, thank you!

We were greeted with a very warm welcome, by Nick. The gardens and decor were lovely, the beds comfortable and it was only a short walk into the village to get a meal or do a little shopping. Onsite parking.
Being a charming, renovated heritage building, the bathroom was adequate but lacked space for our toiletry bags and bits and bobs.

Quiet, comfortable stay in a good value guest house. The secure bike parking was appreciated (I visited during a short cycle tour), along with easy proximity to Builth town centre, generous and tasty breakfast.
The room had the basics sorted, including small en suite with shower and complementary tea and coffee.
Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, with good pre visit communication. Thanks.
