Comfortable bed and lounge area seating. Decent kitchen facilities. Clean. Aircon.

Poor shower- no fixing to have hands free shower. Fixing was too low to enable overhead shower. Lighting in bathroom poor with make- shift clip on LED. Terrace plastic chair so brittle it was cracked. No light above entrance door. Bath towels not bath sheets and no spares. Odd collection in bathroom of previous guest's cast off items- slippers! Real put off. Not a welcome tea coffee creamer etc which wouldn't affect profits that much! Insufficient and half used toilet rolls. Sockets inadequate, poorly sited and the one in the bedroom was potentially dangerous- coming out of the wall with wires visible! Aircon instructions absent and the machines in each room were different. Communication last minute the night before as to whether we could check in earlier than 3pm which affected how we packed and organised first day activities as you can't go eadily around the sites to see with baggage. We were asked if we needed taxi. We said we could get Uber but what do they suggest. They replied Uber was fine but in fact, uber will only drop off a good walk of 20 mins from Pile gate. Only permitted taxis -which cost around 55 euro from the airport- are allowed to drop off at the gate. This would be the case for anywhere inside the Old Town. We wish they had told us this. Obviously a lift would have been lovely! (just expect steps in Dubrovnik!)

Spacious and clean , fantastic location

There were a lot of steps to get to it , but that’s probably unavoidable if you want to stay in the centre of the old town

The living room was large and bright, the shower was hot, the kitchen was well equiped.

The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and makes you roll into the centre of the bed. The ‘sofa bed’ in the living room is a tiny thin foam matress that is way to small for any adult to sleep on. It was also really difficult to open. There were no sheets provided for it and it was on wheels so it rolls around the room. There was an old dirty pair of socks on top of the wardrobe. There is scaffolding up the entire side of the building, the comstruction work was loud and its not very nice sitting on the balcony. You also cant see out of any of the other windows because of the scaffolding. The terrace had no furniture on it and looks nothing like the picture.
