The staff was super helpful even with the language barrier. They went above and beyond to help us navigate a luggage challenge that popped up. Good location within walking distance from shopping.

A wonderful place with a traditional style; the location is very convenient, making it easy to reach anywhere in Tokyo, with the train and subway stations very close by and a supermarket literally around the corner. The room was very cozy, and the bathroom, though small, was very pleasant; everything was there for a comfortable stay in Tokyo. The staff were very polite, lovely, kind, and helpful. Although the neighborhood is very lively at night, our room was very quiet. I would definitely recommend it.
Everything was nice.
