J'ai passé un excellent séjour.
Le lieu est bien situé, tout était parfait. Le gérant est particulièrement adorable, c'était un plaisir de le rencontrer. Je recommande vivement !

I really like the desk in my room. I was planning to write a diary, it was just as I needed. There was a lot of space inside the room to store my luggage against the wall. And finally a huge book with all the instruction of equipment of the room was provided with on top of that, a map and description of nearby restaurant with description on what they serve.
I can also add that the stay is close to some point of interest like the Nijo-jo Castle and the Kyôto Gyoen.
There wasn't any major issue with my stay, just some little inconvenience that didn't matter much:
- The stay isn't really close to nearby station, for some day with like heavy rain or intense sunlight exposition, it can be bothersome.
- There is a high traffic road right in front of the Hotel, there can be some noise during the night. I had a room not facing directly on the road but it was still audible.

The location was decent, and could reach anywhere I wanted with relative ease.
The staff was kind and the place was clean and nice
Cleaning was not included with the room.
And the location was disappointing
