Hotel location is nice. Room has all you need.

Location was close to the train station for the lines I needed for the days I was there.
Staffs were friendly and worked efficiently. They kept refilling the fridge with 4 water bottles each day despite it only being 1 personal staying in the room and I didn't even finish the others from the previous days.
The room I got felt more like a 2 star hotel room than 3 stars. Parts of the room was modernly renovated, but I'd personally say they were poorly designed and renovated as damages were partially covered up, lots of scratches and stains, missing pieces, squeeky doors, etc.
My room felt warm and humid. The instructions in the room said there was a remote to adjust AC, but I could not locate the remote for it.

В номере было чисто, кровати удобные, уборка ежедневная, воду ежедневно пополняют
Завтраки очень слабые, номер крохотный, шум проходящего поезда

"Staff is friendly, room is comfortable, location next to Cheongnyangni station is unmatched. Quite good value for money.
The Russian speaking cleaning staff is a plus if you speak the language."
