Struttura pulita e accogliente, basic ma nel suo genere ottima! I proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno donato frutta fresca del loro orto.

Le dotazioni in cucina un po’ scarne e pochissime superfici d’appoggio in bagno

Proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Alloggi dotati di tutti i comfort anche per soggiorni lunghi, posizione baricentrica eccezionale (si raggiunge sia Ancona sia le principali spiagge del Conero in 15 minuti massimo). Immersi nel verde, comodo patio per un aperitivo al tramonto o colazione fuori. Frutta offerta dai proprietari di ottima qualità.

- the Place Is shared with another homeowner that didn't restructured the house for a long time, it is like a construction site - this above neighbor shout in a very bad manner at his phone, not very relaxing - inside the house there was a hanging cable, the owner said that there was no current in there, but you never know (and we were there with a 1 year old daughter) - there were no instructions at all from the owner: where to go, how to book the beaches (yes, you have to book your umbrella and sunbed since anticovid rules are very strict) - there were no garbage bins around, but the owner told us to left it in the apartment when we left (we.kept our garbage for five days) - the shower was stuck and a piece of the shower sink was missing - we paid the breakfast even though, because of covid it cannot be served, instead we prepackaged Nutella, jam and biscuits: surely not for the value of what we've paid - the patio was not cleaned so our daughter was covered with dust when she crawled outside - the outside chairs they were definitely end of life, I was expecting to fall on my butt in any moment
