Located in a new apartment building about 10 minutes away from the beach. The apartment was fully equiped, very comfortable with a balcony.
-Located on a very noisy road
-could not find a parking spot at the apartment parking

The apartment is centrally located and a nice short walk through the park to the pier.
The only thing, that wasn't even that bad because we only stayed 1 night, but may be an issue for some, is the bell for the metro. It doesn't come very often, but when it does you know. At night, there are normal city sounds, but once the windows are closed you can muffle the sounds well. The apartment is truly centrally located so it's a trade off. Parking may also be an issue, we had 2 cars so this made it harder, we did eventually find parking on the street. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.
