The personal is very nice, the breakfast was great, they had a nice environment, clean and the location was excellent. The staff resolved quickly.

The hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of parks, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, and supermarkets nearby.

Apparently, there's an aggressive cost-cutting process going on at the hotel. The facilities need maintenance, and the staff, although very friendly and responsive, seems to be overworked. The rooms are small and very basic. They need better sound insulation, as I could even hear water flowing in the next room. Additionally, the "liquid soap" in the bathroom was way too watery (apparently diluted with water). Breakfast was a disappointment—they literally serve you what is left from a limited selection of fruits, eggs, bread, arepas, and sausage. You have no option to choose what you want; you simply get whatever you are given. Some days, they even ran out of coffee. Another thing I did not like: I booked for a large family group, and they contacted me prior to my stay (through WhatsApp, not the official Booking messaging system) demanding I pay one night beforehand. I had no issue with paying in advance, but they overcharged me a 6% commission on that night due to bank fees I am not responsible for. I lost that money and had no option but to accept it because they threatened to cancel the entire booking if I did not pay before arriving. Again, these are management deficiencies, not the fault of the staff.
