Location was exactly where I wanted to be, and close to my work. I was initially unable to find my accommodation, but I made contact with Elia and they sent me 2 very useful videos of the locale to allow me to drive straight to it and the access code. The keys were in a wall safe at the venue so I was able to gain access smoothly. I would look to use this venue on my next trip to Crete and have recommended it for inclusion on my company's accommodation preferences list.
No microwave. But it didn't spoil my overall appreciation of the apartment.

We found an excellent restaurant in Kounoupidiana, and a very good bar/restaurant near the apartment. There is a good bus service to the centre of Chania. Sometimes every 20 minutes. No Chania parking problems! There are shops and supermarkets nearby.
The host/manager was excellent: responding immediately to any need or problem.
The location is much more urban than the photos of views suggest. But its a short drive to rural areas and beaches.

Big cockroach in the bedroom. No dust bin, only plastic bags. We could not accommodate at 12:00 but earliest at 14:30
